Fall Creek Dental | Granbury, TX
Part-Time | Tuesday-Thursday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Monday hours may be added in the future.
At Fall Creek Dental, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! If you enjoy building relationships, creating exceptional patient experiences, and keeping a busy dental office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation
- $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Opportunity to expand to Monday as the practice continues to grow
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain patient information
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and explain treatment estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of dental front office or dental receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with dental insurance verification and scheduling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
