Dr. Bennardo & his team are searching for a compassionate and motivated Dentist (DDS or DMD) that is ready to take on a leadership role within his thriving practice. Benefits / Compensation:

• Compensation will be based on your experience & your ability to deliver high quality treatment (typical compensation range is between $160,000 - $300,000 based upon your individual dental production & future ownership) 
• You will either be paid a Percentage of Collections or a Competitive Base Salary.
• Full time schedule available – allowing you to build your patient base within an established practice.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing 
• Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage

• 2+ years of experience in General Dentistry
• SMART certified or willing to become certified
• Experienced in treating Sleep Apnea, Endo, Ortho, and Oral Surgery is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader in the practice to create team culture, drive revenue, and ensure patient satisfaction
• Deliver dental care needs to all patients including: evaluating x-rays, performing oral exams, completing basic restorations, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, dentures, periodontal treatments, etc.
• Develop treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues.
• Interact with patients & instruct them on proper oral care.
• Build relationships with local specialists to refer patients to if needed.
